What is forbidden in the seventh commandment?

Is adultery a very great sin?

Is it a besotting sin?

Is it a kind of sacrilege?

And will it be severely punished both in this world and in that which is to come?

5 Is fornication as well as adultery a sin?

And polygamy?

Are unclean desires sinful?

And unclean reflections?

And unchaste looks?

And immodest apparel?

Answer: Yes.

And obscene words?

And lascivious actions?

Answer: Yes.

And that intemperance and idleness which lead hereto’?

Answer: Yes.
